Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

• Since we operate locally in Agra with a fast 1-day delivery model, any requests for returns or exchanges must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

• Exchanges will be delivered within 7-10 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Certain types of goods sale items cannot be returned. Please check the product description before purchasing.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

• Our team will verify the request and arrange a pickup from your address in Agra if eligible.

Refunds

• • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Payment Gateway) within 5–7 working days.
